sun salutation

Surya Namaskara is a Sanskrit word known in English as Sun Salutation.
Sun Salutation is an effective sequence flow of Twelve Hatha Yoga Asanas that train your Body and Mind.
These Asanas are ordered so that they alternately stretch the spine backwards and forwards exercising all the external & internal muscles & glands making them strong and efficient, and increasing body flexibility as well. When performed each Asana is moved into with alternate inhalation and exhalation, as by giving more oxygen to your lungs this will help in controlling the Mind, and improve the awareness, accordingly all this together gives us physical and mental health with sharp intellect.
By making Surya Namaskar a daily lifestyle you will be impressed with the results and benefits your Body and Mind will experience in a magical way.
Finding a small amount of space, a Yoga Mat and a good well to start your early Morning practice at the SunRise on an empty stomach or at least two hours gap after eating is all you need for a Healthier Life..
